Will there be other drink options besides beer?
Yes, we will have sodas and bottled water available.
Are there discounts for large groups/designated drivers/beer allergies/vegetarians?
Because this event is a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee, we are not offering ticket discounts. In addition to beer, we are offering sodas and bottled water. The cost of the ticket also includes all-you-can eat crawfish, jambalaya, gumbo, and red beans & rice.
We have a large group coming. Is it okay to bring a tent?
While we encourage groups to bring blankets and lawn chairs, we unfortunately have to discourage tents (even tailgate-size).
Can my toddler/baby/17-year old come if they don't drink beer and are accompanied by parents?
The Metro Beer Laws state that the Beer Board has the power to revoke or suspend our permit if/when we allow minors to congregate on the premises. Because this year's event is all-you-can-drink and being held at a city park, RCCB has a strict 21+ policy.
Can I bring my dog?
We will allow dogs, but they must remain on a leash at all times and you must provide methods of cleanup for them.
I have a promo code, but don't want to purchase tickets online. Can I use the code at the door?
Promo codes are valid with online purchases only.
