The Nashville Area Junior Chamber of Commerce (NAJCC) is a non-profit professional organization representing approximately 200 men and women, between the ages of 21 to 39. The NAJCC helps members develop and grow in their professional and personal lives by providing leadership development and social, cultural and business networking opportunities. The NAJCC develops and implements several fundraising events for Middle Tennessee nonprofit organizations.

The Nashville Sounds are Nashville's hometown Minor League baseball team and the Triple-A affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers.

The Nashville Sounds involvement in the community is anything but minor league. The Sounds dedication to the community is evident in all of their efforts with a specific focus on supporting the community that has supported them for the past twenty-four years.

The purpose of the Nashville Sounds Reading Club program is to tie children's natural affection for baseball to the bigger goal of promoting literacy and encouraging a lifelong love for reading.

The program supports area schools in their ongoing endeavor to build strong readers by creating exciting incentives and rewards for children who continue to read more throughout the year.
